Hi, I’m Amellia! My favorite things to do in my free time are paint, crochet, and spend time with my husband. My favorite things about working here are getting to spend time with the children, getting to know their personalities, and tapping into my imagination while playing with the kids every day.

Hello, my name is Annie! I started working at AB Childcare in January 2023. I love listening to music, baking, and making candles. I grew up in Salem, Oregon and now live in Rexburg with my husband. We were married in August of 2023 and now have a beautiful baby girl. I am studying Early Childhood Education at BYU-I because I love learning about how children learn and how best to help and teach them! I love that at this job I get to watch children grow and learn and play a part in helping that happen.

Hey, my name is Audrey Hunt! Im 18, I’m from Texas, and some of my passions include art, music, sharks, and taking care of your adorable kids!! I’m currently not enrolled in any college because I don’t know what I want to be, but that’s okay because I still have time! I’ve always loved babies and wanted to have some of my own and I love that this job can help me prepare for that someday!

Hi! My name’s Bri. I grew up here in Rexburg, Idaho. My favorite season is Autumn; the changing of colors is just so beautiful. Some things I enjoy doing in my free time include reading, hanging out with friends and family, camping, cooking, and really anything related to the outdoors.
My favorite thing about working with your children is being able to watch them grow and learn new things everyday.

My name is Brooke. I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am a student at BYUI studying marriage and family science. I have always had a passion for working with children. I love the opportunity to be part of their growth, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them is incredibly rewarding.

My name is Emily Curlee and I am from Tennessee. I am a senior at BYUI and I am studying Child Development. What I love most about my job is seeing the growth and joy in each of the children here! The children here are so fun and energetic and exciting to be around. I love my job because I love seeing how excited children get at a new accomplishment or achievement they make.

My name is Emma. I grew up in a small town in Idaho and moved up to Rexburg for college. I studied animal science but I also took many child development classes. I am married and decided to take a break from school when we found out I was pregnant. Now we have a beautiful little boy. I love hanging out with your kids and watching them learn and grow!

Hi! My name is Jessie! I was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho. I just married my best friend this December! My dream is to be a pediatric dental hygienist. I have always been that older kid to call when growing up to babysit or watch the kids at an event, and I loved it so much. Working here at AB Childcare has been awesome because I’ve been able to get to know the kids and their fun little personalities. They are so sweet and funny so I always have my day made at work!

Hi! I am Kaitlyn Wootton. I am from Kansas and I am currently attending BYUI as an Early/Special Education major. I love working with kids because they are so much fun and are always teaching me new and interesting things.

Hello! My name is Madi Birt and I am from Morgan, Utah! I am in my last semester of school. After I graduate I plan to start my very own preschool in my hometown. I have loved working here with your kids. I have learned so much and can’t wait to learn even more!

Hi, I’m Maloree and I’m from Barnwell, Alberta! I am studying nursing at BYUI and my dream would be to work in a Children’s Hospital after I graduate. I adore little kids so working at ABChildcare is the most fun job I’ve ever had. I love connecting with the daycare students and being with them is always some of the best moments of my week. I work primarily with the infants which means I get the best baby snuggles. But I also love getting to know all the other kids here!

Hi, my name is Rae. I am finishing up my degree as a Social Worker here at BYU-I. I recently got married, and l’m loving all of life’s new adventures with my husband. I am really enjoying working here and getting to know all the children. It makes me happy to be able to take the skills I have learned in school and put them into practice. My name is Tenisha. I was born and raised in Idaho Falls, and now live in Rexburg. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Sammy, going on 7 years. I have 3 beautiful boys. In my free time I serve in my local church and help raise money for our international missionaries. I love working here at AB Childcare knowing that I can be a part of the children’s life, while parents are away providing for them in the world. My desire is to teach children the fruits of the spirit through example and that starts with us.

My name is Tiffany Hess. I’m a Rexburg native, born and raised. I’m a wife and a mother to 4 kids. This will be my 4th year teaching preschool here at AB Childcare. I love kids and love teaching them. My favorite thing about teaching preschool is helping my students develop their social emotional skills. I love being a part of shaping their minds and hearts.

Hi! My name is Vivian Winkelman and I am a junior at BYU-I majoring in communications with an emphasis in social media and design. I was a competition dancer most of my life but now fill my time with animals and children! I have a pet bunny who lives with me here in Idaho and I have three other animals I have to keep back home in Utah. I have a passion for learning and find so much joy in working with your children!
